MCServerScout is run by one person, Wojtazzzz (see About). Every message is read by me, not by a ticket system. Please start the subject with MCServerScout so it does not get lost.
What I especially want to hear about
- Wrong server data. A wrong game mode, country, language or a description that does not match the server. Send the server address exactly as it appears on the list and what should change. Corrections are the first thing I handle.
- Removing or claiming your server. Write from an address connected to the server (for example one in its MOTD, website or Discord), or tell me how I can confirm you run it.
- Reviews. If a review breaks the terms of use, send the server address, the review's signature and a fragment of its text.
- Bugs and broken pages. The URL, your browser and what you expected to happen are enough to start.
- Ideas. A game mode or filter you miss, or a language the site should support next.

Response time
This is a side project, not a company with a support desk. Expect a reply within a few days. Data corrections and removal requests usually go live within a day or two of confirmation, because accurate data is the main thing this site offers.
